WOYWW- What's on your workdesk Wednesday

Here it is in all its messy glory.
I use a vintage enamel top kitchen table as my desk.  The chippy paint and rusty legs called to me.  The pinboard above my desk is actually a velvet tufted twin size headboard.  The green caddy is an old wooden toolbox that I scored at a yard sale for $1.99.  It says "Markie's Toolbox" on the back.  It sound quite lovely when I say it with my Bostonian accent ;).  The large spinner is from Harbor Freight. I painted it lilac and covered the edges with washi tape.
I am working on a Tim Holtz Folio right now.  It's super detailed.  There are so many little bits to fill.
I hope you enjoyed peeking at my desk.
Stop by The Stamping Ground to see what is on other crafters desks this week.

What have you been crafting?
Jess

    1. Thanks for stopping by to check out my desk. I just love it! It is a small area, but I have a giant cubby behind me that takes up the entire wall.

  3. Gosh, there's so much to see in your lovely workspace. I bet that big carousel is handy with all those small bottles etc on it. And that green workbox is fab, I quite fancy that myself!!

    1. The spinner is awesome. One of the best $20 bills I have ever spent. The toolbox is great too and only $2!

  6. Hi Jess,

Isn't it cool to find useful things at thrift shops and yard sales! I found one of those white carousels (if you visit it's on my desk) at the thrift shop for $5! Woo hoo. I love old metal tool boxes or better yet, fishing boxes! You have a lot of crafty supplies right at your fingertips!

    Happy WOYWW

  7. Well hullo there. Following the time honoured process of visiting everyone on stamping ground with the same second number as my posting I have arrived at your desk, and what a busy and organised desk it is.
I love the bunting above it, the pin board behind it and the whirly thing on the left and the super green box. A very tempting desk.
    have fun.

  11. I have missed the last two WOYWW for various reasons, but HOPE to be back this week coming. I love your desk, how you have put it all together and the spinner really caught my eye. Nothing like that here in South Africa. Are they still available where you live?
